Description
A simple Japanese Mounjaro detox drink made with lemon, ginger, turmeric, and kombu—perfect for digestion and hydration support.
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
1-inch ginger root, sliced or crushed
⅛ tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 small strip kombu seaweed
Instructions
1. Heat water to about 120°F (hot, not boiling).
2. Place ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, and black pepper in a mug.
3. Add the kombu strip and pour in warm water.
4. Let steep 3–5 minutes.
5. Stir and enjoy warm.
Notes
Strain before serving if desired.
Chill and serve over ice for a summer version.
You can reuse the kombu once more if steeped lightly.
