A clean and refreshing drink made with lemon, cucumber, pink Himalayan salt, and ginger to support hydration, digestion, and energy.


Ingredients

Juice from 1/2 lemon

45 cucumber slices

1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1 small slice of ginger, grated

2 cups filtered water


Instructions

1. Squeeze lemon juice into glass jar.

2. Add cucumber slices and grated ginger.

3. Sprinkle in pink Himalayan salt.

4. Pour in filtered water.

5. Shake or stir until well mixed.

6. Let sit for 10 minutes before drinking.

Notes

Optional: Add mint, turmeric, or cayenne for extra flavor. Best enjoyed fresh. Can be chilled and stored for up to 12 hours.
