Description

Brazilian Mounjaro is a herbal weight loss drink using native plants like carqueja and yerba mate to support metabolism naturally.


Ingredients

1 tsp dried carqueja

1 tsp yerba mate

1/2 tsp catuaba bark

2 cups filtered water

Optional: lemon slice or mint


Instructions

1. Boil 2 cups of filtered water.

2. Add herbs to a teapot or heatproof jar.

3. Pour hot water over the herbs.

4. Steep for 10–12 minutes.

5. Strain and serve warm or over ice.

6. Add lemon slice or mint if desired.

Notes

For best results, drink before meals.
