Description
This Japanese Mounjaro recipe combines matcha, kelp, lemon, and ginger to support natural weight loss and boost metabolism.
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp kelp powder
1 slice fresh ginger (or ⅛ tsp ground ginger)
Juice of ½ lemon or yuzu
1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or pinch of cayenne
Instructions
1. Add matcha, kelp, salt, and ginger to a mug.
2. Squeeze in lemon juice.
3. Pour in hot water (around 175°F).
4. Whisk or froth until blended.
5. Enjoy slowly before your first meal.
Notes
Use yuzu instead of lemon for a traditional Japanese flavor.
Make it iced by adding cold water and ice cubes.
