1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

2 cups warm water


Instructions

1. Warm the water just below boiling.

2. Add grated ginger and cinnamon to a large mug.

3. Pour in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey or maple syrup.
