Ingredients
12 oz filtered water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with mother)
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Optional: 1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions
1. Add 12 oz warm water to a large glass.
2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and swirl to combine.
4. Add the pink salt, cayenne, and grated ginger (if using).
5. Stir or shake until well blended.
6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
You can swap lime juice for lemon if preferred.
