Ingredients

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw)
Juice of half a lemon
8–10 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Warm the water until comfortably hot.
2. Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
4. Stir and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use organic ingredients if possible.
Optional: Add a teaspoon of raw honey for taste.
