8–10 oz warm filtered water
Juice of 1/4 lemon (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour 8–10 oz of warm filtered water into a glass.
2. Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice or add apple cider vinegar if desired.
4. Drink slowly on an empty stomach each morning.
Notes
Do not substitute with table salt—use real Himalayan pink salt.
