A calming, digestive-friendly herbal tea made from lemon balm leaves that supports natural weight loss by easing stress and reducing cravings.
Ingredients
Fresh lemon balm leaves (3 tsp, chopped)
Dried lemon balm (1 tsp)
8 oz hot water (not boiling)
Optional: 1 slice lemon, cinnamon stick, green tea bag (AM only)
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey (use sparingly)
Instructions
1. Add lemon balm (fresh or dried) to a mug or teapot
2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over herbs
3. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes
4. Strain and add optional ingredients (lemon, cinnamon, honey)
5. Serve warm or chill over ice if preferred
Notes
Use fresh lemon balm when available for best results
Drink once or twice daily—morning or evening
Avoid combining with sedatives or thyroid meds without doctor’s advice
