Description
A soothing, all-natural recipe for Mounjaro Tea using lemon balm, dandelion, and cinnamon to support digestion and weight balance.
Ingredients
1 tsp dried lemon balm
1 tsp dried dandelion root
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 whole clove
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
2.5 cups water
Instructions
1. Bring 2.5 cups of water to a light simmer in a small pot.
2. Add lemon balm, dandelion root, cinnamon, ginger, and clove.
3. Cover and let simmer for 10–12 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and strain the tea.
5. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar (if using).
6. Serve warm and sip slowly before meals.
Notes
You can swap lemon balm for mint in warmer seasons.
Add turmeric or peppermint for additional benefits.
Drink before meals or in the afternoon for best effect.
