Ingredients
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm (or 1 handful fresh leaves)
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Optional: 1 slice of lemon
Optional: 1 slice of fresh ginger
Instructions
1. Place the dried or fresh lemon balm into a cup or tea infuser.
2. Pour hot water over the herbs and cover with a lid or saucer.
3. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your flavor preference.
4. Strain the tea if using loose herbs.
5. Add optional honey, lemon, or ginger. Serve warm or over ice.
Notes
Fresh lemon balm gives a citrusy light flavor, while dried is stronger and more herbal.
