Description

This turmeric hack recipe is a powerful anti-inflammatory morning drink that supports digestion, weight loss, and metabolism using just a few simple ingredients.


Ingredients

1 tsp turmeric powder

Pinch of black pepper

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp coconut oil or ghee

1 cup warm water


Instructions

1. Add turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon to a mug.

2. Pour warm water over and stir well.

3. Add lemon juice and coconut oil; stir again until smooth.

4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.

5. Keep spoon nearby to stir while drinking if needed.

6. Wait 15 minutes before eating for best absorption.

Notes

You can substitute ghee for coconut oil.

For added sweetness, add a few drops of raw honey (optional).

Always use warm—not boiling—water.
