1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Add turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon to a mug.
2. Pour warm water over and stir well.
3. Add lemon juice and coconut oil; stir again until smooth.
