Description
A 3- or 4-ingredient natural tea blend inspired by Brazilian wellness traditions, designed to support metabolism, reduce bloating, and naturally suppress appetite.
Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp Yerba Mate or ½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup warm water
Instructions
1. Add the lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to a mug.
2. Pour in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently.
3. Add Yerba Mate or cinnamon and steep for 5–7 minutes.
4. Strain or stir again and sip slowly before your largest meal.
Notes
Use raw unfiltered ACV for best benefits.
Drink consistently 15–30 minutes before meals.
Swap Yerba Mate with green tea if preferred.
